An Anthology for Coventry’s year of being UK City of Culture 2021.

The coronavirus has delayed the start of Coventry’s year in the spotlight as the UK’s City of Culture 2021until mid May, with live events not really kicking off till later in the summer.

But there has been nothing to prevent those who are interested from getting involved in some of the virtual events, socially distanced outdoor art projects, and reading. Which is where the Coventry Writers’ Group has something to offer.

The group’s latest anthology – Telling Tales – contains stories, poems, and features about Coventry people and historical events. Even the fictional pieces reflect the life (past present and future) of Coventrians.

The anthology has just been published. It will be officially launched in a live event later in the year and will be on sale at a range of live events when these get going.

But if you can’t wait that long it has just become available on Amazon for the bargain price of £5.99 paperback, £1.99 e-book, and free on Kindle Unlimited.

Follow the link below to get your copy – and yes, since you ask, I can confirm there is a piece from me in it (about Coventry stars of stage and screen since (almost) the beginning of time. Some of the names will surprise you).
