#TeaserTuesday Tales of the C.H.O.S.E.N by @kayelleallen

The #TuesdayTeaser usually features an interesting line or short excerpt from a story. However, in honor of Pride Month, I thought I would switch up the feature to include a video instead. This #TuesdayTeaser features video about the LGBTQIA trilogy, information from the author, and where you can find the book in case the trilogy piques your interest. This first story in this trilogy is free, so go grab a copy today. Happy reading!

Video Teaser…

About the Trilogy: In the Tales of the Chosen trilogy, Wulf, Alitus, and Jawk are more than lovers to the immortals they serve, yet less than pawns. Their powerful immortals compete in an ancient game called Peril. When I wrote the Chosen series, I envisioned a sweeping story of immortals who dominated empires across the stars. Each immortal had his or her own servants and circle of friends. All of them had enemies. A few had lovers who meant more than a mortal should. The Tales of the Chosen series tells about three such Chosen and their relationships to the immortals and to each other.

In addition, there are more than one type of immortals. In the beginning, mankind created warriors to fight their wars, but made them too powerful to kill. On the verge of becoming the servants of the beings they’d created, mankind found a way to stop them.

Exiled to the planet Sempervia, the immortal warriors chafed at their confinement. Eventually, some of them accepted their lot, and viewed the new world as home. But 101 of the half million prisoners determined to avenge themselves on humanity. They became too violent for their new world, and were cast out. After being exiled for their bloodthirsty ways, the Sempervians have set out to overthrow humanity’s rule. Unknown to them, one spy is among them to keep watch and protect mankind. In the Tales of the Chosen trilogy, we meet that spy. ~Kayelle
