When I first started reading F/X-26, my first impression was this is going to take me on a journey I have never been on, yet I wanted to go. Something about Stefan Vučak’s writing style makes you sit down and pay attention. It is more than dramatically entertaining. For sure mentally entertaining because you sense something authentic and soulfully interesting about how he brings scenes and the desires into visibility.
With that being said F/X-26 is a book deserving of avid readers who know an amazing work when they are reading a book of this gifted magnitude. The main character Kostan owned the book. He is a character you can love and hate, or just love or just hate, because he was hell bound to bring his heartfelt dreams to fruitage at just about any cost. Kostan made you wonder if his love for planes was the only love he could humanly experience. In the end, we find out.
After reading F/X-26, I found myself realizing how much I have learned through someone else’s experience without having to fly or desire to build a plane. The intricate pathways through worldly systems to bring the best to a world of political narcissisms is a challenge on which goal-seekers thrive. Some succeed, die, or turn into monsters. In the end, you learn life is not worth living without pure desire. Amazingly excellent read for sure. Oh, you may want to fasten your seatbelt. Enjoy!
