Zombie RiZing: Dragon’s Wrath
I’m so exciting to announce the release of the next book in the Zombie RiZing series – Dragon’s Wrath.
After surviving Dreeks’ army of the undead, Beath and the gang soon find themselves back at square one in the school. But that will have to chance fast. Zombie RiZing, and Death are about to take things to a whole new level.
I love writing this series and this new edition is my favourite so far. It gets seriously epic!

With the launch of the new title, it was a good chance to have a look at the overall structure of the series. I’ve been playing around with the format, so all the books tie together in a more traditional way. Previous readers of the individual books – formerly known as season 1 – will see a change. It’s the same words, just delivered in a new way.
What does that all mean?
Dragon’s Wrath will comprise of the new books – Kiss of Beath (7), Beath Trap (8) and Beath Metal (9). It will read as a start to finish volume, as do the earlier works now in the new format:
The Beginning: Scared to Beath (1), A Fate Worse Than Beath (2), Life and Beath (3)
Dreeks’ Horde: Creeping Beath (4), Beath Becomes Her (5), Beath Defying (6)
Many have purchased the new format already. For you the only thing that has changed is a slight tweak to the covers and layout. Oh, and one short chapter added to the end of Life and Beath. Essentially, though, it’s read on and you won’t miss a beat!
I hope that all makes sense.

Ever had someone lazy steal all the credit for a group project? It sucks, doesn’t it? So you can only imagine how Death – harbinger of all that is evil – feels to discover his apocalyptic-style takeover of Earth has been christened the Zombie RiZing. Like those braindead walkers had anything to do with it!!!!! Guess he’s just going to have to up the ante a little bit…
As the action continues in Matt J Pike’s award-winning series, life is getting darker, harder and faster for Beath and her brave band of survivors.
Monsters roam the streets in ever-growing numbers, lava rivers erupt from the earth’s core and the CBD has turned into HQ central for the big bad’s plan to build a literal portal to hell. Then there’s the dragon, whose specialty is crispy-fried everything. And a beastie whose weapon of choice is poo torpedoes. It’s almost enough to make you call in sick for life.
