The Stone Mattress by Margaret Atwood
Superbly composed,
literary masterpiece. To appreciate these short stories read nothing else at
the same time. Authors put your work away. These stories require and deserve utter
devotion. Anything less and you’ll be in danger of mistaking the wonderful for
the mundane.
