Event news! Desborough Library 13 February

I’m pleased to be able to support the beleaguered libraries of Northamptonshire. Desborough Library, like others in the county, is now being run by volunteers in order to avoid closure.

When approached by volunteer Lisa Hardy, who’s also a book blogger at Bookalicious Travel Addict, I was happy to agree to appear at a library event with the fab author of psychological thrillers, Louise Jensen. Louise and I first met at a local author event when she’d just got her first publishing contract and I’d just signed with Avon, HarperCollins. Each of us was speculating about what the future might hold. We could hardly imagine that a year later we’d spend the Christmas period swapping the #1 and #2 positions in the Amazon Kindle UK charts, Louise with The Sister and me with The Christmas Promise! I’m sure if I wrote this situation into a novel my editor would think it too contrived and unlikely.

If you’d like to come along to meet Louise and I, as well as supporting Desborough Library and Community Hub, on 13th February 2019, the details are on the poster. Tickets are available from the library. You can reserve them by email on Dhubcontact@gmail.com or just drop in at:
