As a child, what did you want to do when you grew up?
Answer – As a child I was always interested in becoming an entrepreneur when I grew up. The issue became, I didn’t know where to channel my energy. I was exceling in creative writing in school, but I was not aware of my passion/gift for it yet.
At what point do you think someone should call themselves a writer?
Answer – Writing actually starts in a person’s mind. You want to get the words out of your head and onto the page. Once one consciously makes a decision to take that next step, then you can call yourself a writer – Everything else then becomes your value creation.
Do you have any suggestions to help me become a better writer?
Answer – The best way to become a better writer is to simply keep on writing, honing your skill and gaining knowledge as you go. Another way is to write authentically from your passions in life.
Do you like to create books for adults?
Answer – I like to create books that will benefit everyone in some way, shape, or form. I make sure the content is suitable for all ages and interested parties.
Do you prefer eBooks, printed books or audiobooks, most of the time?
Answer – I personally prefer printed books. There is a different type of energy with a physical copy of a book. In terms of my own book – My publisher says that my book has a strong energy to it.
Does writing energize or exhaust you? Or both?
Answer – I get energized by writing. When you are doing what you are passionate about, it is “Playing at work.” Exhaustion doesn’t set in because you are having fun and enjoying yourself as you create.
How did you come up with the title for your book?
Answer – Coming up with the title for my book was actually pretty easy. My writing represents exactly what the title says and also what is going on in the world. So, as a collective and on a personal level, we are all “Coming Out of the Illusion – Realizing the real self (You).
How important was professional editing to your book’s development?
Answer – Professional editing is/was very important in the development of my book. You want the book to be very well written, so it is easily read/absorbed and understood. Professional editing is crucial when you are looking for top quality grammar, pronunciation and sentence structure. It is key to a “Good read!”
How long have you been writing or when did you start?
Answer – I did not start writing until 2016. I was doing research through self-education and going to seminars for a while. Finally, I sat down one day and looked at all my notes and said, “I am going to write my own book!”
Where do you get your information or ideas for your books?
Answer – I get all my information for my books through self-education and figuring things out through personal experience. Reading books, checking out websites, watching movies – Anything that is relevant to what I want to talk about or have as a subject/title. I get a lot of ideas just from living life in general and then putting them through my unique/original method of creative writing, which I call “Visionary Spirituality!”
